Warranty and services
What products are warranted?
All of our products are guaranteed to arrive free of defects or damage. We will return or exchange any product that shows not as described. Please see our FAQ for more information on the process here.
- All items are guaranteed to arrive safely
- Items must be unused and in the original packaging for a return
- A return/exchange must first be approved by our staff
- In most refund circumstances, a full store credit is given or cash back with a restocking fee
Where to go for warranty service?
In order to be eligible for a return or replacement, you must first be approved by our staff. To do that, please use our contact form to get in touch with us and explain the situation. We will usually get back to you within a day or two but it can take a little longer. Head to our FAQ for more information on our policies
Is the warranty ever not provided?
There are situations in which we would not honor a request for refunds or exchanges. However, we do try very hard to make sure our customers are completely happy. Here are a few examples of why we would not honor your request:
- If you are unwilling to follow our policies
- A request has taken longer than we feel acceptable
- We feel the request is not reasonable and we cannot come to an acceptable agreement
- If you act in an unreasonably difficult or rude manner(it happens)
